On 150mg twice a day since Monday.

Feeling a shift but not sure if its the pregabalin or the current programme I am working on to change my mind set. Probabaly a bit of both.
Lets hope it continues but today was a good day. Just felt generally carefree. Going to go into town tomorrow and see if I can improve on last week.

That's great, I have actually been feeling a bit better since mine was increased to 150mg twice a day so I think that this might be the start of the anxiety getting better.

I am glad you too have been feeling a bit better. I tried going into town yesterday but walking through it I felt really dizzy and anxious but I pushed through it anyway but there is still no way I can go in a shop properly......grrrrr please go away anxiety
