Hi All!

I hope this is the right place to post this...

I was wondering if you think its possible to manage HA and Anxiety without meds? Any success stories doing so? Any challenges doing so? I would love your feedback! I've been on meds majority of the time whilst dealing with my anxiety. I've had moments of not being on them and never really took a high dose. I often wonder if its ever possible to manage without them...

I managed mine without meds and I'm recovered so yes it can definitely be done. I wouldn't attempt it unless you are receiving regular counselling though.

Thanks for that feedback! I am receiving regular therapy and recently just added in a therapist that focuses on CBT. My long time therapist is one I feel like I can talk to about normal woes of life, while the CBT therapist puts me (AND my anxiety) to work.
