Horrible sinking feeling

I have symptoms of sinking horrible feeling in the pit of my stomach,head and eye pressure and really can't sleep without sleeping tablets. Is this normal for anxiety suffers.the feeling in the stomach has faded a bit.been on increase of sertraline for 5 weeks

Any comments would be appreciated
