Smart casual wear for commission only job and casual company

Hi,

Tomorrow I have second part of my interview for a commission only job where I also work hours I am available, last Monday at my first interview I went in wearing full suit, I passed the first part and in the e-mail they said the dress code will be Smart casual wear. What would class as smart casual? At the interview the two managers were wearing summery shirts and jeans. They seem a casual company, I will be working from home in my spare time on commission only so will not be in the offices so i am not sure what to wear tomorrow.

I was thinking Long sleeve black polo shirt, with jeans or chinos and brown shoes? Would this class as smart casual?

Wear a suit. Be polite, give a firm handshake and be sure to look the interviewer directly in the eye when first meeting them.

I trained interviewees for two years once upon a time, and that's the best advice I can give.
