Servere Panic now for 11 days

So I've been a sufferer of HAD now for almost 20 years .. I've been on 20mg citalapram for 8 years.. now recently upped to 30mg. I've now come to the.conclusion I may have a thyroid problem ??? Anyone had this?

Are you sure this just isn't a result of you increasing your medication? Remember, when you increase dosages of SSRIs, one result is increased anxiety for a couple weeks until your body gets used to the dosage.

You know I never thought of that? I didn't speak to the pharmacist and they said it can take a few week to get I to ur system even an upped dose. It's 3 weeks now on 30mg of citalapram and still no better. They advised me to take 2mg of diazepam as and when I feel a panic coming but only one a day?
