Head/face twitches!

For the past couple of months I've been getting persistent twitches in different places around my head. I had one in my cheek for weeks, that went away and then I got a twitch above my eyebrow. Now I have a twitch on top of my head on my scalp. I've had HA for long enough to realize that it's probably caused by anxiety but I still get worried. And it's just super annoying to have a twitch all the time, especially where other people can see it. How do I get rid of it? Should I go get a scalp massage or something?

I tend to mention these twitches to friends, and through doing so, now realize that many people (probably everyone I dunno) get random twitches, pains, etc that come and go. HA makes everything seem terrifying.
