Weird feeling in chest and jaw

For a few days now I have this weird internal itchy feeling in top of chest near collarbone and I also feel it in same side of jaw. It doesn't hurt it's this weird feeling I was worried cause it's near collarbone above breast that it's cancer or something but the fact my jaw is the same I'm hoping maybe it nothing but anxiety.Anyone know what this could be

I get the same kind of internal itch and it gets more enhanced the more stressed I get, I've always just put it down to a physical symptom of anxiety x

I thought it was anxiety but I saw someone post on another site that they had similiar symptoms and it was advanced breast cancer now I'm worried. Its feels really weird yesterday I didn't notice the feeling hit today it's weird

I get that a lot I put down to heat never thought of anxiety
