Afraid I'm getting/have a UTI

So very long story short, I spent a whole day traveling and had to take two different flights. With everything that went on I forgot to change my panties from the day before and there was a time when I had to hold my urine for too long. Now I'm afraid I'm getting a UTI. I know it's not a huge deal if it's treated properly, but I'm still nervous. I know there's not much to say here, I guess I'm just venting.

It will be hard to tell if you have for a day or two, but you will definitely tell if you do.
UTI's suck and i get them on a regular basis, just drink plenty of water and cranberry juice :)

Remember that the vague urgency symptoms can *really* be anxiety. Burning that gets worse with each urination is a sign of uti for me. I frequently get other vague bladder and urinary symptoms when I'm in an HA panic, or right before menstruation.
