Prednisolone withdrawal

So I had a short course of steroids 5/7 days worth of 30mg and since stopping them I have not felt myself. I am exhausted, tired, lethargic , anxious and just don't feel myself! Anyone any advice? I've taken 10mg diazepam and that's not helped at all :-(
