I can't even live normally

I'm still waiting to see if something is wrong with me but while I'm waiting this anxiety is ruining my life. I can't eat or sleep I feel so tired and weak I can't hold a conversation my life revolves around this. Is there anything you guys do while waiting?

I feel exactly the same, currently waiting for test results.
I have tried some breathing exercises on YouTube and also some yoga. It was hard to get into it but you just have to stick with it. I did feel it calmed me down a bit
