effexor+mirtazepine

i have been on mirtazepine now for about 4months went to see doctor at mental health centre not my permenent doctor but he as added effexor xl 75mg .to take 1 aday as well as mirtazepine 15mg have to take 2 at night and 1 in a morning,also still panicky in day time so still taking 1x 10mg propranalol when needed.plus 2mg diazepam 1 or 2 when needed is this a safe combination or should i stop the beater blockers and diazepam.

Mili, you really need to ask a doctor these kind of questions. It isn't wise to ask people on here about combinations of drugs as we aren't properly qualified to give you safe advice.

I agree with Sarah abouat talking to your doctor. I've been on that combination without a problem but check it out before dropping anything.
