Hard to tell really whats helping or not helping at the mo.
I have definitely improved but I am still not out of the woods yet.
Managed to go into a 3 shops in town today, which went okay but didn't stay long. Would not have been able to do that last week.
Overall, my anxiety seems more dimmed down but there is still anxiety there.
Perhaps in another week it will have kicked in even more.
To be honest, I think my way of looking at the panic is helping alot so thats why I am not sure whats helping. Perhaps a bit of both.
I am not having any side effects at all and hoping it stays like that
