So I've been getting heart palpitations off and on for a few years now. About 2 years ago I ended up going to the doctor and getting an ECG done, which was reviewed by a cardiologist and everything was fine and my doctor thought that the palpitations were due to anxiety. So I left that at that and didn't worry about them for a long time afterwards.
However, I was lying in bed and I started to get palpitations and I had three happen in a row so that kind of concerned me. Should I go back and get another ECG?
(I also have a problem with my heart racing for no apparent reason, is this something I should worry about as well?)

It's an anxiety symptom. Palpitations, feeling like your heart rhythm is disturbed, racing heart (especially after focusing on a symptom)... All anxiety. If your ecg was normal you are fine and need to believe that.
