So it's been an overall stressful week and especially stressful day. I've been worrying about e. Coli, listeria and boutilism and I had a biopsy done for skin cancer so overall 0/10 week. Today I went to the fireworks with my friends and there was a gun threat and everyone was screaming and running so that was very stressful. And fireworks are ateadt stressful enough for me but I decided to go and hopefully get rid of my fears and have fun with my friends. Afterwards we all went to my friends place and had a bonfire and a d inhaled a little smoke and started coughing. I've stopped now but I feel like I can't breathe and I'm scared. Could I have gotten carbon monoxide poisioning or something. I'm so scared. Plz help!! :scared15:
