I was wiping the make up with a baby wipe off my face and then I noticed a red dot on my skin kinda like a little vein under my skin on underneath my eye I'm scared . Why would this happen

Thread veins? I've got loads it's soooo annoying. My sister had hers treated with IPL. She's now vein free. Harmless.

If it's more of a dot it could be a cherry angioma - harmless too.

Loads of people get these, in fact, I don't know a single person without at least one or two. (I have gazillions) x

I noticed one if these quite a while back, just under my left eye, other people wouldn't notice it but I can with no makeup on, a very small red vessel. Not sure what cause it but had a few others since around eyes, I think mine was from crying excessively but that's just a guess.
Nothing to worry about. If you checked other people you would know that many have them

I'd forgotten about these. Katie Pink is right. Crying always brings me out in red dots around my eyes (so does being sick and sometimes rubbing my eyes) x it's nothing to worry about, honest. X :)
