Tingling clavicle scared please help

Few days had this tingly feeling like ineed to itch on and under collarbone. It's weird and uncomfortable l. I thought it was anxiety related but it's not going away and I read someone say they had similar feeling and it was advanced breast cancer now I'm worried. Anyone have this or could tell me it's not cancer
