This is a weird one but i keep randomly smelling things from times when i was younger and very anxious. i keep smelling a room smell of the place where i had my worsed anxiety event in my life and i can small items from when i was younger room smells and my old hamsters cage??
I also keep getting flash backs images of the room where i had a big anxiety event and also flash backs of other things. its so clear its like a photo.
What is this? I dont usually get it, the flashing images a bit but never the smells im going through a very anxious time right now. just curious what this is/means?
