hey guys, let me start by i used to go to a dr about ocd type stuff. i stopped going though because i thought i was well enough. oh how wrong was i? (i have another appt booked up btw but the NHS is so slow so i have a long wait. cannot afford private healthcare)
on and off for 4 years i have had solipsistic obsessions. for hours on end i will worry about if everything i see is a figment of my imagination, like a dream/coma, or if i purely just made everything up as if i were some god.
the problem? these ideas can be really hard to refute. i have spoken about this a lot to others on different websites but everyone seems to say "yeah but who cares? you can still love things" no i cannot. if my boyfriend isnt real then i feel like i have lost him. my loved ones are my WORLD. seriously. they are.
i just feel like i have lost everything.
