Severe mucsle tension

Hi I just wondered if anyomne experienced severe muscle tension?

I have it at the moment in my egs arms, shoulders and chest. It like my chest feels like a rumbling motor bike!

tbh its been going on for a few months but gradually getting worse.:ohmy:

I have this too. Really exhausting.

The only remedy I've found so far is light exercise (doing too much exercise really does make things worse for me) and deliberate relaxation techniques.

I've come to the conclusion that daily stresses seem to get stored in my muscles.
