Increased my dose! Nervous and panicking!!

So I finally decided to take my 20mg tablet, from 10mg for 2 and a half months.
Im starting to panic about side effects as they were brutal at first on the 10. Doc upped me to 20 as i still had my moments!
Can anyone calm me down about feeling awful again? Will it be bad?

They tend not to be as bad as at the beginning, however, side-effects aren't alway caused by the med. Convince yourself you're going to suffer greatly and an anxious mind is quite capable of delivery the nightmare in Widescreen Technicolor with Surround Sound.

You could try taking just an extra 5mg for a week before increasing to the full 20mg if you think that would be easier, but clear it with your doctor first.
