(Ladies only!) How do you feel when you come off your period?

Question for the girls? I want to know how do you feel after you come off your period? Any symptoms or? Cause I'm on mines and about to come off. (Headaches and dizziness, feeling weird are my symptoms)

Have you had your iron levels checked? I get a similar feeling a week after, I have low iron.

Yeah could be iron levels but a change in hormones would also cause this. I generally feel ok after I come off of my period and ok during it - it's jus the week running up. I feel sick, dizzy and weak constantly

Yeah I can always tell when mine is about a week away because I get dizzy and tired. Usually once I start I go back to feeling "normal".
