difference between true fever or hot envrionment

Hey everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone knows if/ how you can distinguish feeling hot from warmer weather and having a fever? I've been feeling warmer than normal for a few weeks now, so I was just wondering if this can be an environmental thing, or if I might actually have a high temperature.

A body temp thermometer. I could be hot and sweating like a big dog and still have a normal body temp.

I get this too and I also get a hot face a cooler body which I don't like.
How old are you? I'm 44 and wonder if it's peri menopause?!
