Here I am again. Why?

I turned my head felt it an odd sensation. A crack with a sensation of something moving out of place. I was fine then all of a sudden I feel like I have something in that side of the neck. Like if a have plastic wrap sticking there and with the tingling of numbness and I have a headache. Is it something to worry about? Am I overreacting to the sensation? It could just be irritated right?

I'm sorry guys I really am for constantly being on here for these reassurances.

Maybe it's just that your neck is tense, could have pinched a nerve or something. Very common to have tight neck that cracks, causes pain, nerve tingles etc. when anxious.

Hi Hypomean you know perhaps it's time to seek help for your HA and not your physical symptoms every one can give you reassurance that its not something serious, so treat the cause of these problems which is HA and nothing else :) Cheers
