View Full Version : Less Frequent Bowel Movements. Colon Cancer?

Hello,

Lately I feel like my bowel movements have been different than usual. Some days they are pretty normal. Other days I don't go at all. Some days its very hard to pass and very little comes out even though I've been eating fine.

I am worried I may have colon cancer or something. I had a colonoscopy three years ago. One benign polyp was removed (hyperplastic).

Some recent lifestyle changes around the time this started: starting working out more, started testosterone replacement therapy for low testosterone.

Perhaps I am not drinking enough water? Working out causing my body to "use more food" (not sure if that even makes sense), something else?

I am worried because colon cancer runs in my family. Even though I had a clean colonoscopy 3 years ago I'm still worried something has grown now. The doctor told me to come back in 5 years (2 more years from now).

If the colonoscopy found nothing sinister then there is nothing sinister. Have you started your therapy yet?

Well if you are workng out, you need to adjust your watre intake upwards anyway and not only because you are sweating more. Remember, your muscles will be sucking more in.

I'm guessing your daughter's absolutely certain melanoma and your wife's cervical cancer cleared up?

Read back your recent posts and see you see cancer *everywhere*. This is a mental health issue which will continue to ruin your life unless you get help.
