Worried about breast cancer

I have an appointment for dr on Friday but until then I need someone to help me calm myself. For a week had strange feeling in collarbone and side of neck now ache in shoulder on same side. It hurt to put my pocketbook on shoulder. I'm worried I have cancer and it spread to lymph nodes which is why side of neck where nodes are hurt and now shoulder pain. I'm hoping this is all anxiety and I made that side tense from worrying and that is causing this pain anyone that could help. Does this sound like cancer or not

Sounds to me more like you've strained a muscle or ligament. My girlfriend had BC and the lump was like a hard pebble. No mistaking it. It's weird as I have anxiety about every cancer except BC and some mornings I wake up so sore and pain up side of neck and I don't even worry. I figure I slept wrong. I'm sure you are perfectly fine.
