I have depersonalization and I'm feeling light headed all the time and my psychiatrist said I have anxiety but I'm still worried about a tumour :(

They are textbook anxiety symptoms so...

Let's put it this way. I have asthma. If I wake up wheezy I don't start thinking lung cancer because I already have an explanation for it.
