Could someone please help. Do you think my urine dipstick has blood in it? Also lycocytes? This was taken after maybe 3 mins?

That looks fine to me, and even if it is a trace amount, it can be caused by a hundred different things like excercise or dehydration etc. Have you not spoken to a doctor about ti?

Yeah I have had tests sent to the lab for infection which is negative but I keep getting. Symptoms of needing to pee often so decided to check myself and have freaked myself out. Lol.
