I've had arm numbness and tingling but today I've got tingling in my face then to my neck then arms then legs it's everywhere. I'm trying to convince myself it's anxiety and just another symptom anyone else had this anxiety related ? Xany tips to get rid of it ? X

If it's moving around your body like that it's almost certainly anxiety and the best remedy is to ignore it - see it as a useful sign to de-stress rather than a scary symptom.

Yes its not a specific area i seem to get a different symptom every few days once I stop worrying about one then comes another one
