Blood in food? Hepatitis fear?

So today I went to this place and got a basic grilled cheese, no big deal. Halfway through I see like this reddish color on the cheese. There was also a piece of something maybe resembling bacon although it didn't smell that way really had no smell. Now I'm freaked out a worker bled into my food and I'll get Hepatitis B or something from eating contaminated food and I'm freaking out over what else it could have been? I read Hep B is blood borne in food and can enter through mucous membranes such as the mouth so I'm terrified.
