Hi. I have this problem where basically when i take a sip of water, even the tiniest sip of water, i just burp! i really don't know why this happens.
I know that i have been diagnosed with Celiac disease.
I don't know if this issue is either mental which is sensorimotor OCD or its physical which is the celiac disease or soemthing else, like the diet.
i am really unsure and this problem has been going on throughout 5 years in secondary school..
It makes me uncertain. Doctor are unhelpful where their main advice is to wait for an appt that is months away. I can't afford that. I have immense fear of college and i just want to be ready enough to take on college. i don't want my sensorimotor ocd of the fear of swallowing taking place and unable to socialise.
I am trying to sort out the burp issue and its really irritating me........ :huh:
