Achey legs?

Anyone else have this problem? It doesn't happen every night and doesn't really HURT. It's just an annoying ache that makes it hard to fall asleep.

I don't think it's sinister by any means, and I'm not super concerned. Just was curious if this could be from my anxiety?

I never trust people when they say they're not worried about something yet feel the need to make a post on here...

Either way, yes it could be anxiety, or it could be exercise related, or you could just be thinking about it too hard, but I seriously doubt it's anything at all to worry about.
