Every few nights I get the feeling that something terrible's about to happen, usually at the end of the day, though I did wake up one morning and was paranoid through the entire day. I worry that I'm going to wake up next morning and find out that they've struck again, they've destroyed more lives - it's clearly no longer a rare occurrence! I know I'm more likely to be hit by a car than a terror attack, but that doesn't do anything for me. I can't get it out of my mind! What should I do about it?
