so just a hour ago i noticed a round lump on the back of my neck ( still covered by my hair) but its extremly painful with out touching it i dont know what to do or what it is im not even going to try touching it but if i have to to maybe find out i will im worried its a tumor or so its hard and isnt like a bone it stays with the skin i just want to find out what it is if anyone has any ideas please tell me
