So I just wanted to update everyone on all my heart tests..
Everything came back normal... and the doctor suggested i follow up with a therapist/psychiatrist to help control my anxiety. He wants to see me in 4 months to see if I have been able to get my anxiety under control.
He said I have no limitations. So I plan on getting a gym membership.
I do have to say this... I wasted about an entire month worrying myself sick. Seriously. I lost like 8 pounds. I'm pretty sure I have a few more strands of grey hair. My house became a mess I missed work. All because of what? My anxiety.
