Day 6 citalopram increase to 20mg.

So I am on day 6. My mood isnt amazing, I am flat and irritable which I wasnt on the 10mg - is this the meds getting their levels right? I also havent had much of an appetitie and have tummy pains.
Would love for things to settle down once and for all!

These are are fairly typical initial SSRI side-effects, unfortunately. Citalopram plasma levels stabilize to a steady-state at around day 7 and the side-effects then usually begin to ease, but the therapeutic response won't kick-in for some weeks.
