I have lower left pain which also hurts to bend forward and to side. This is in lower left abdo pelvic region. Petrified of ovarian cancer. Had this bad last year on right except for bending problem. Had 3 ultrasounds and 3 cts all clear last in Nov but I worry something has grown since and that was right side. It did completely go away though. Have had ibs years. Last 4 all attacks on right but originally did have pain on left. It is the pain on bending that scares me as it feels like I am squashing something. When i had last ultrasound they said my ovaries were very small and could not see right one, which I was told was a good sign.
I suffer badly with anxiety and am very scared. Would help to know ibs causes this. Dont understand why ibs would cause this.
