80mg slow release

So due to my panic attacks the occurring I've been prescribed proprananol slow release - I was on them last year for a few months. However I'm a super anxious tablet person and even though I've took them before I've been worrying alllllll night about taking my first one today incase my heart rate goes too low or my blood pressure goes to low I must add last time I took them I had no issues what so ever apart from cold hands and feet. X

Hey titch.

I've just started taking this exact meds myself for my anxiety. I feel it's had a positive effect so far as I've been anxious less often, or rather when I start to feel anxious, because my heart rate doesn't sky rocket anymore he anxiety doesn't develop any further and it passes.

How have you been getting on?

Hi titch

I have taken 80 mg slow release about three times now, was previously on 40 mg and take these to help with performance anxiety.

I didn't notice an adverse affects but nor did I notice them working particularly, I would give them a go and see how they help.
