Constipation..

Anyone else get concerned when they haven't gone for a number 2 at least once? I haven't been at all today and i'm getting a bit concerned.

Constipation is defined as going 3 or less times a week. It isn't necessary to put every day

I miss a day sometimes depending on how I have been feeling or what I have been eating.

Nothing to worry about at all its perfectly normal.
