Wobbly head feeling!

I have been getting this a lot recently. It really feels like my head is wobbly and makes me feel off balanced. I feel like I'm going to fall over and I am also getting horrible adrenaline rushes, don't know if it's connected. My anxiety is really bad at the moment so don't know if that's causing these feelings or the feelings are causing the anxiety. It's really difficult to function normally though when u feel like this :weep:

I get this too. I'm on Zoloft and sometimes I think that's a cause since it's the first main symptom listed. But I truly truly wish I had an answer. I just use distraction as the temp aid. I teach so you can imagine how rough it is feeling this feeling in front of 30 kids. Ugh. But yeah, you're not alone in this one!
