Please help. I suffer from severe health anxiety. On Wednesday I had a migraine with flashing lights. Never had one before. Terrified. Since then I've had hot and cold flashes, dry eyes, miserable mild headaches. Husband has exactly the same symptoms and child has Head ache. I'm terrified I have a brain tumor. I had my eyes tested last month and hubby says they would have picked a tumour up then and not to worry but I have myself dead and buried. He's saying it's a virus.
