Panic Stations

I am in Portugal at the moment, have been since last week. I haven't suffered too much with anxiety for a little while but going on holiday has always bought up a bit of worry for me, just being away from home I think.
Everyday since I've been here I've had terrible panic attacks - feeling sick and hardly wanting to eat anything and tights chest with worries that something is going to happen to me abroad. It's silly as it's been a really relaxing environment, just chilling out by the villa in the sun all day and relaxing evenings in.
My stomach just feels so un settled the whole time and I just can't relax. Anyone got any tips? Distraction helps me a lot when I manage to find a decent distraction. I am only here until Tuesday lunchtime so not much longer.
