Tension in neck and dizziness/fogginess?

I was started on Celexa 2.5mg (to wean myself up) 3 days ago. Yesterday and just now I felt pressure/tension right at the base of my skull and dizziness/inability to focus afterwards. The pressure and dizziness lasted about an hour.
I have a history of migraine with aura, so I worry that this is a migraine effect, or is it panic?
I know its such a tiny dose of Celexa, but could that be a contributing factor?
Any advice appreciated!

Hi, I'm not taking Celexa but I do get the pressure/ dizzy feeling I just thought it was tension as my neck is very stiff and tense.
