Think I have HA ~ Searching Support Person

Hi there all in forum land.. I think I have HA although have never been diagnosed with it... I have been diagnosed with Panic Disorder & Agoraphobia.. I am new here and seeking a support person in the USA preferably who can relate to the hell I go through.

I've had my ups and downs with HA, GAD, and depression. I think HA tends to fly more "under the radar", though I learned of the term here and one of my previous therapists (the one that helped me the most) knew what was wrong with me right away.
