My anxiety got so bad I had to be hospitalised

Posting again for hugs hehe. My anxiety was putting major strain on me, I thought I had a thyroid problems but it was just the anxiety really making my body work overdrive. Today the shaking and heart racing was so bad I had to go to urgent care at the hospital. I was there for 5 hours while they ran tests and calmed me down. I'm ok now but wow it was such a wake up call to deal with my anxiety and really get on meds. I'm just tired right now but I'm ok.

Been to the hospital loads back in the days when my anxiety was full on. I'm glad they were able to calm you and run tests to make you feel more confident that it is anxiety and not underlying health issue.
