Hey everyone, I'm an 18 y/o female who has suffered with v bad bouts of palpitations recently and subsequent health anxiety.
Recently I have been getting a white flash/cloud in the corner of my vision for a split second which has really started to scare me.
Been to the dr's and optician's, neither seem concerned, and my family are telling me it is just anxiety.
I have also been having weird sounds in my ears, like a whooshing and a pulse like sound but not in time with my pulse. Because of this I'm scared it is a vascular issue, and my carotid arteries are blocked and I'm on the verge of a stroke. Or that it is something to do with my palpitations.
Could this really just be anxiety?
P.s all heart tests come back okay but still convinced they have missed something :(
