Globus pharyngis - throat clicking

I have read a few times of here regarding people getting strange clicking in the throat when they swallow. This is something i get all the time even when am not very anxious, is this Globus pharyngis?

When am not anxious i always get this and i also see visual trails allot through the day.

I get the clicking. First I feared ALS, of course that wasn't that. Yes, anxiety causes that.
