Hello again my fellow worriers!

I have developed a strange headache that comes and goes. It usually lasts only few seconds or minutes. It is stabbing pain in my right temple and when i touch it, it doesnt hurt. However, when I tap on it, one small area is very sensitive and painful in response. Same pain after tapping occurs on the left side, but there my temple doesnt hurt otherwise. I'm going to the neurologist tomorrow, but I can't stop worrying about it. I have survived two days with it and I haven't died but you know how it goes... I'm scared it could be aneurysm.

I also noticed Hippus - my eye pupils "pulse" no matter the light. Constantly. My vision is a tiny bit blurry. They said on the internet it could be stress related but also lethal.

Also, I have now overall hedeache on the head (top, back... it moves) with pressure feeling and i am week after lumbar puncture / spinal tap. And for some reason I have terribly blocked nose so I was thinking sinus infection, but I just can't stop worrying about it. I feel lightheaded all the time and weak. Also very depressed from all this.

The spinal tap came out fine, it was done because i have the symptoms of MS or some other more or less serious diseases, but nothing! Only Lyme positive in blood, which can be sometimes missleading, but it would explain so many symptoms, so I have to have another blood test on Lyme's to check if it was just a bad test or I really have, sadly now chronic probably, Lyme disease.

I used to have these stabbing pains 2 years ago and on CT there was nothing, but I've read that aneurysm and stuff like that won't show on regular CT.

I also had my eye background checked and my intercranial pressure was normal.

Plus, I'm having so many heart symptoms. My ECG was fine, but it showed a little bit something wrong on the right side, nothing acute, they said. It gets worse with exertion or stress, once they thought I had heart failure, did tests to rule out heart attack and it came back negative. It has subdued since, because now I worry about the head....

Thoughts?

This sounds like an ice pick headache. They are very common. They won't kill you, but they sure feel like they will for those brief seconds. I get them when I'm stressed and during temperature changes.

i've heard about them, but why does it hurt when I tap the temple?

I don't know. It hurts when I tap mine too. I just think it's sensitivity that goes with that kind of headache.
