hi everyone

just wondered if anyone could relate with me

few years ago i suffered badly with an anxiety disorder and ended up on anti depressants. i managed to get myself sorted and have now been off the tablets for nearly 2 years.

the last few months however i seem to be suffering weird things with my vision, i have a lot of floaters which i understand are just dead cells but my vsion seems really weird!
its like i cant focus right especially in public places, i always find that when i watch the telly it just looks wierd!!

i have been to both the doctors and opticains who both say its fine i just need some reasuurance its just in my head and im not going blind!!

thanks every one

I too get this or used to anyway, don't worry about it and it will pass just like most anxiety symptoms do once you cease to be afraid.

Hi Lurley

Take a look at these links they may help. Anxiety can cause vision disturbances as when muscles tense up the muscles in the eye can tence too which cause such disturbances.
