Hey guys! If you couldn't tell already I'm new to the forum! I'm so happy I could finally find one after searching all over the US websites for a reliable one to help me deal with my anxiety.

A little bit of background on me: I was diagnosed with hypochondrisim April of this year, but over the course of a few months my anxiety has spread into other aspects of my life due to family issues I won't specify. I'm hoping to find some support and help here on this forum!
