Hi all,
A few months ago I went on a car road trip and ended up becoming "ill" for three weeks after. I have motion sickness and have had it since I was a child. Because of this, I have anxiety about getting sick on planes and automobiles. And since I do, I inevitably make myself sick with the anxiety, then I make myself even more sick by worrying at how sick I am. This is pretty hard to explain but I hope you get the gist of it.
I'm going on a trip in a few weeks and I'm so anxious about it! Please help!
